How far in advance should I book my wedding photographer? - 9 months in advance is the ideal time to book your wedding photographer.  That is of course after the venue has been booked as well.

Should we do an engagement session? - The short answer, YES! Engagement sessions help for couples and myself to get to know each other, in addition to getting some time in front of the camera before your big day. Make it a fun date night and grab dinner afterwards!

What should I wear to my session? - Clients are all provided a style guide before each session customized for that season. You’ll know the best color pallet and patterns along with suggestions for additional fun items to add to your experience.

What is a good location? - Any location can be amazing!  I am happy to suggest locations within the Lake County, McHenry County and Southern Wisconsin areas to best suit your wants and needs for your session.

I have little ones, what’s the best type of session for them? - For little ones, a 30 minute session is perfect.

I have a big extended family, can we all do one session? - Yes, of course!  For larger families, a full one hour session is highly recommended.

We have a dog, can they join us for our session? - Yes, please! Pets are always welcome, as long as the session location allows. An additional person to help during/after we’re all done with your fur baby is recommended.

When will I receive my photos? - All clients receive a sneak peek in about a week after their session or event.  Full galleries will be delivered in a time frame dependent on the type of session or event.
